login bbm via browser

Blackberry pearl 9100 using browser with wifi. microsoft live login I am not able to login to facebook using network connection on my blackberry however it works fine when switched to wifi also the browser and ema The wifi is on and the phone is showing connected to the wifi modem but the browser does not take the wifi connection? Wifi working but no bb messenger
