mi unlock stuck 99

Hi Guys! I am not able yo unlovk the bootloader of my phone. cheat ctr ps4 unlock characters It gets stuck at 99% then it says "Current account not bound to device. steak house 99 " I am on latest MIUI Global BETA and using latest Mi Unlock I got the permission on 2nd July, Sunday Please help me
